Background
In 1990, medical and herbal researcher Dr. Dexin Yan launched an intensive study of the effects of three traditional seasonal formulas - Yin Chiao, Gan Mao Ling and Zhong Gan Ling - used to support upper respiratory health. Dr. Yan began by combining the best elements of these three formulas. Next, he increased the amount of three important herbs - Ilex, Isatis, and Forsythia - which research has shown exert immune-supporting actions. Dr. Yan then added elements from a fourth formula, Pe Min Kan Wan, traditionally used to support healthy sinuses.
After extensive testing and clinical evaluation Dr. Yan finally arrived at a single formula that maintains a healthy immune system. Best of all, reports from his patients revealed that the formula was especially effective at addressing sinus and congestion issues.
Dr. Yan's final ImmunoPhase formula contains time-proven herbs and botanicals, including:
• Isatis (Radix Isatidis seu Baphicacanthi)
Isatis root, a time-proven botanical component in traditional Chinese medicine, may support immunological function and overall immunity in laboratory research animals. (1)• Ilex (Radix Ilicis Pubescentis)
Ilex root has been shown in research to modulate inflammatory and analgesic characteristics in vivo. (2)• Artemesia (Herba Artemesiae Apiacae)
Artemisia, an herb traditionally used in Korean herbal medicine to clear damp heat, has been shown to down-regulate inflammatory mediators, suggesting it may be beneficial for inflammatory conditions. (3)• Red Magnolia (Flos Magnoliae Liliflorae)
Flos Magnoliae (FM, Chinese name: Xin-yi) is one of the most commonly used Chinese medicinal herbs. It has a long history of clinical use for maintaining healthy sinuses. Certain bioactive compounds in red magnolia flower make it a potential source for developing new inflammatory-modulating products. (4)• Honeysuckle (Flos Lonicerae Japonicae)
Lonicera japonica Thunb.(Caprifoliaceae) has long been known to regulate inflammation. One study suggests that an aqueous extract of this flower may act as a therapeutic agent for inflammatory issues through selective regulation of NF-kappaB activation. (5)• Forsythia (Fructus Forsythiae Suspensae)
Oleaceae Forsythiae Fructus has been used for inflammation modulation and immune support in traditional herbal medicine. Research demonstrates that a bioactive agent of Forsythiae Fructus may possess significant inflammatory modulating action by inhibition of the exudation, and leukocytes recruitment into the inflamed tissues. (6)• Angelica dahurica (Radix Angelica Dahuricae)
More than 60 species of medicinal plants belong to the genus Angelica (Family: Apiaceae). Many of these species have long been used in ancient traditional medicine systems. Active compounds in this plant compare favourably with some of the newest immune-supporting agents. (7)• Buplerum (Radix Bupleuri)
Radix Bupleuri is widely used in traditional medicine for the treatment of seasonal health issues. Study results suggest that essential oils from Radix Bupleuri can be potentially effective as immune supporting compounds. (8)

ImmunoPhase® Experience Proves Compelling
I was with a group of 10 salesmen attending a sales meeting in South Beach, Florida, about two years ago. The air was very humid perfect conditions for growing mold, especially airborne mold. As we found out, the place was infested with airborne mold and we soon started noticing it as people started getting sinus and upper respiratory issues.
I had some ImmunoPhase with me at the time, so I shared what I had with 6 of the 10 people in my group. I gave each person 6 capsules over a two day period, which is all I had in the bottle. They all immediately started to feel better. All 6 people I gave ImmunoPhase to felt fine, and so did I. However, the other 4 salesmen who didn't take ImmunoPhase had sinus and upper respiratory issues for over a week. After observing this first hand I was sold.
I take ImmunoPhase with me all the time now, especially when I'm traveling on airlines where the air is recycled. I also give it to my family whenever they start feeling sinus and upper respiratory issues, and it nips it in the bud in a day almost 100 percent of the time.

Teacher Pleased with ImmunoPhase
I am a teacher at Mt. San Jacinto College in southern California. For the first two years of teaching I had sinus and upper respiratory issues each year.
I found out about ImmunoPhase from Health Sciences Institute and started taking it whenever I would get sinus and upper respiratory issues.
I have not missed any school since starting this regimen 2 yrs. ago, except the time I ran out of ImmunoPhase and waited 2 days for a fresh supply.
Even after starting ImmunoPhase later than I should have, my issues were much milder. My wife takes one capsule when she feels she needs it and has not had any seasonal sinus and upper respiratory issues for 2 years.
Thanks for such a powerful alternative for maintaining a healthy immune system in the face of sinus and upper respiratory issues.
Gratefully,
Wayne Sondreal, one satisfied customer.
P.S. 60 tablets is like 3 containers of Airborne, which would cost about the same, but ImmunoPhase works way, way, way better!
ImmunoPhase in Cold Weather
Thank you for letting me take part in your evaluation trial for ImmunoPhase. I'm originally from Hawaii and have never fully adjusted to the California combination of bright sunlight and cold temperatures. As a consequence I frequently come down with sinus and upper respiratory issues every winter. Come December I'd gather up my throat drops and start searching for new formulas on the pharmacy shelves. During even mild seasons, whenever I felt that certain tickle in my throat or felt fatigued, I knew what was coming on (especially if I'd been out in cold weather without a jacket!).
After evaluating ImmunoPhase for the last year I now find I no longer need to worry about my health, even in the chilliest weather or when stress at work becomes overwhelming. In short, ImmunoPhase is remarkable!
After several months of taking ImmunoPhase after I already developing sinus and upper respiratory issues, I learned to take ImmunoPhase as a an immuno-supportive measure at even the slightest sign that something might be coming on. The results were remarkable and I've been able to maintain my regular health.
Even more amazing is the fact that if my sinus and upper respiratory issues have already progressed beyond my ability to keep denying it, ImmunoPhase still works, so that my issues lasts for a much shorter interval than usual. Now I feel better within a day or two, whereas my sinus and upper respiratory issues used to last for at least a week (or more).
I highly recommend ImmunoPhase to anyone looking for a natural formula for seasonal sinus and upper respiratory support.
Sincerely,
Elizabeth Kim

What is the recommended daily dose of ImmunoPhase?
The recommended starting daily dose of ImmunoPhase is 2 capsules, 2 times per day.
How much ImmunoPhase can I safely take in a day?
You can safely take 2 capsules, 5 times per day for a total of 10 capsules in a day. However, that should only be necessary for short periods of time to initiate results. After benefits appear, you can reduce the dose to 2 capsules, 2 times per day or 2 capsules, once per day.
How do I know ImmunoPhase is working for me?
ImmunoPhase is a Tango Advanced Nutrition product that should make a change for you in how you feel. It should promote your nasal and sinus health, and lung and immune system function.
You should expect improvements to occur quickly as many of our customers report dramatic improvement in the first few days of use. The change should be very noticeable. Instead of saying to yourself, "I think this might be helping me", you really should be able to say, "Wow, I feel a lot better."
Usually, very clear results show up in the first month of use for most people.
Do I have to take ImmunoPhase forever?
Everybody has a different set of circumstances that will determine how their nasal and sinus health, and lung and immune system function will be promoted when using ImmunoPhase. Your response to the supplement will be determined by your individual health circumstances. Issues with immune system and upper respiratory health may be long-standing over many years. This may determine how soon you notice positive changes and how long you may need or wish to take the formula.
However, the formula is strong enough so that everybody who will get benefits should expect them in the first month of use.
When you notice positive changes in nasal and sinus health, and lung and immune system function, you can lower your dose gradually by one capsule at a time every 4-5 days and expect to see continued benefits. The reason for this is that, as with all true health-promoting supplements, ImmunoPhase provides restorative results.
Some people will be able to discontinue ImmunoPhase and switch to a different supplement that provides daily benefit for all of their health concerns. Others will take the formula on an as-needed basis. And some will take it daily to counter any ongoing issues they experience in lung and nasal function.
When should I take ImmunoPhase?
The most important consideration in taking ImmunoPhase is to use it daily and consistently. Convenience makes regular use possible, so including ImmunoPhase in your regular supplement routine is a good idea.
You can take ImmunoPhase with or away from meals.
Morning and early evening are the best times to take the formula to spread out its benefits over a 24-hour period. If you take a third dose during, use it in the early afternoon.
Some people take ImmunoPhase about 1 hour before bedtime to make sure they have beneficial nutrients working while they are sleeping.
Can I take ImmunoPhase with other supplements?
Yes, you can take ImmunoPhase with and at the same time as you take other dietary supplements.
I take over-the-counter/prescriptive medicines for various disorders. Can I take ImmunoPhase with them?
You can take ImmunoPhase while you are using medicines for any condition. However, you should always take ImmunoPhase or any other supplement at least 2 hours away from any medication to reduce any possible risk of interaction.
If you have any questions about using ImmunoPhase or any other supplement while you are using medications of any type, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
Can I combine ImmunoPhase with some of your other products like BronchoPhase or AllerPhase?
Yes, you can take ImmunoPhase with BronchoPhase and/or AllerPhase. However, we suggest starting at a lower dose of each than is recommended on the bottle as there is some overlap in function between the three supplements. You can increase the doses of each by one capsule per day until you feel the effect that you are trying to achieve.
You can also call one of our product specialists if you have questions about how best to combine our formulas. The toll-free number for product questions is 1-866-778-2646, ext. 2.
Can a woman take ImmunoPhase if she is pregnant or nursing?
No, we do not recommend that a woman take ImmunoPhase if she is pregnant or nursing. This is not because ImmunoPhase is unsafe but because there have been no safety studies performed on the ingredients in ImmunoPhase for pregnancy and nursing.
Can children take ImmunoPhase?
Children age 6-12 can take half the adult dose, or one capsule, 2-3 times per day.
ImmunoPhase is not recommended for children under age 6 as they have supplement needs that differ from older children and adults.
Can I give ImmunoPhase to my pet (cat, dog, or horse)?
Yes, however, you should contact a holistic veterinarian for advice on the dose you should give to your pet, since animals vary widely in size and speed of metabolism. Both of those factors determine doses for supplements for animals.
Is ImmunoPhase tested for contaminants that could harm my health?
Yes, we regularly test batches of our formulas to make sure they meet strict quality control guidelines recommended by government regulatory agencies.
Are there any side effects from taking ImmunoPhase?
ImmunoPhase does not cause drowsiness or make a person sleepy. It also does not contain any stimulants that might cause jitteriness or lack of sleep.
What do I do if I think taking ImmunoPhase is causing me discomfort?
The most common discomforts experienced by a tiny percentage of people when taking any vitamin, mineral, or herbal formula are digestive upset or very mild allergic reactions such as skin itching or irritability.
These minor discomforts usually disappear by taking a lower dose or by taking the supplement with meals.
If you should experience discomfort when taking ImmunoPhase and it does not go away with these suggestions, then discontinue use and contact our product specialist for further recommendations at 1-866-778-2646, ext 2. If we cannot determine a way for you to continue use of the product to gain its benefits, then we will arrange for a full refund for you.
